Lever Bundle

Bundled skills and integration code for third-party APIs — download a ZIP after checkout, add your keys, and run the workflows in your own stack. Delivery is usually within minutes.

Lever Bundle

Postings, pipelines, and feedback—scriptable from your repo. This bundle connects Claude Code to Lever so you search candidates by posting and stage, score applicants against a brief with write-back, structure interview notes, export pipelines to Excel (one sheet per posting), create postings from intake notes, and generate narrative pipeline reports.

Why this bundle exists

High-growth teams use Lever for collaborative hiring, but bulk operations (exports, consistent scoring, intake-to-posting) still fall on ops. These skills let Claude interpret briefs and notes while Lever’s API carries the canonical candidate record—so you scale process without scaling clicks.

How you benefit

  • One rubric across a stage — Score everyone in Screening against the same hiring-manager brief before calibrations.
  • Stakeholder-ready workbooks — Exports your finance and DEI partners can open without Lever access.
  • Faster posting workflowcreate-requisition drafts postings from intake call notes you already have in Google Docs.

Example prompts

When Claude has access to Lever through this bundle’s API integration (with your keys and project configured), you can ask in plain language—for example:

  • Show me everyone in Interview for the Backend posting who hasn’t moved in two weeks and suggest who to prioritise.
  • Score all candidates in Review against this competency brief and post the summary back to Lever for calibration.
  • Export the pipeline for our EU sales hiring campaign to Excel so finance can see headcount timing.
  • Create a new job posting from these hiring-manager notes and fill in the fields I’m missing.

Full power (easy to miss)

  • Chain: search posting P in stage S → score → export pipeline → generate report in a single assistant session for leadership reviews.
  • Pair with sourcing bundles for net-new talent; use Lever skills when candidates already exist in your pipeline.
