Recruiterflow Bundle

Bundled skills and integration code for third-party APIs — download a ZIP after checkout, add your keys, and run the workflows in your own stack. Delivery is usually within minutes.

Recruiterflow Bundle

ATS + CRM for agencies—search, score, export, and client-linked jobs in one flow. This bundle connects Claude Code to Recruiterflow so you search your database (job pipeline, native search JSON, or global talent search with Claude ranking), score candidates with note write-back, structure interview feedback, export pipelines to Excel, create jobs tied to client accounts, bulk-update candidates, and generate stage and account rollups with narrative.

Why this bundle exists

Agency desks need speed and traceability: the same candidate might touch multiple clients and jobs. Recruiterflow holds that complexity; these skills add repeatable exports, consistent scoring write-backs, and Claude narratives so account managers and researchers align without endless screenshots.

How you benefit

  • Global talent search with ranking — Find candidates outside a single job context when your desk is building benches.
  • Client-linked job creationcreate-job links intake notes to the right client account so BD and delivery stay aligned.
  • Operational metrics — Time-in-stage and account rollups surface where deals and fills stall.

Example prompts

When Claude has access to Recruiterflow through this bundle’s API integration (with your keys and project configured), you can ask in plain language—for example:

  • Export every open job’s pipeline to one Excel file for the Monday desk meeting.
  • Search my global talent pool for ‘contract CFO’ and rank matches with a short reason for each row.
  • Score candidates in the shortlist stage for client Acme against this SOW-aligned brief and write notes back.
  • Create a new job from this intake note and link it to the correct client account so delivery sees it immediately.

Full power (easy to miss)

  • Chain: export every open job pipeline to pipeline.xlsx for Monday standups—bulk export is a first-class use case, not an edge case.
  • Pair with sourcing bundles for net-new candidates; Recruiterflow skills focus on your database and pipelines.

  2. Add RECRUITERFLOW_API_KEY and ANTHROPIC_API_KEY to a shared .env at the project root.
  3. Ask Claude in plain English — for example: “Export every open job pipeline to pipeline.xlsx.”

  • ANTHROPIC_API_KEY — for Claude API access

Compatibility

Works with macOS and Windows scripts (run.sh / run.ps1). Designed for Claude Code and similar assistants (Cursor, Copilot, Codex workflows supported where your environment matches the bundle).
